Modify/Delete Client Fees

To modify/delete a client fee:

1. If it is Non-billable…
   1. If it is Pending Approval, they can just modify/delete the record as normal.
   2. If it is Closed, they’ll need to leave it. It doesn’t affect anything, and they can’t modify/delete a Closed client fee.
2. If it is Billable
   1. If it is Pending Approval, they can just delete the record as normal.
   2. If it is Approved, they can do one of the following…

                                                              i.      If you just want to cancel the Client Fee, edit the client fee and uncheck the Billable box. This will automatically cancel the WIP AND mark the Client Fee as Closed. At this point, it doesn’t affect anything, and they can’t delete a closed client fee.

                                                             ii.      If you want to modify the Client Fee and regenerate WIP, edit the client fee and set the status to Pending Approval. This will cancel the WIP. They can then modify the client fee record.

3. If it is Closed (billed), they won’t be able to modify/delete.
