Bulk Updates

Under the Taskflow Admin tab in Recurrence if you click on view you can see all Recurrence set against Templates in the system. You have to ability to edit or change an fields that are indicated with the Pencil icon.

If you have multiple projects that need a Project Status updated, you have the ability to move 30 projects at once in Practice ERP (as long as they are within the same Project Category). First you have to select your Project Category you are working within. There are additional filters that will appear to sort projects by. Within this screen you have the option to select up to 30 projects to move at one time. You can either check the box next to each project or use the Mark All to Mark the To...

If only Tasks need to be Re-assigned at the Project or the template level you can use the Reassign Tasks located within My Workspace. This allows you to make changes to tasks in mass without having to go into each project or template.
