Taskflow Notes

When creating a client project from a client template…

1. If this is the first project created from this client template, we copy ALL notes from the client template (unless they are expired).
2. If this is NOT the first project created from this client template, we copy notes from the last project (by PED) created from this client template using the following “note rollover flag” criteria:
   1. Notes flagged as Permanent get copied.
   2. Notes flagged as Current & Next Period get copied.
      1. On the new project, we then flip the flag to “Current Period” and this would be the last project the note is copied to.
   3. Notes flagged as Next Period get copied.
      1. On the new project, we then flip the flag to “Current Period” and this would be the last project the note is copied to.
   4. Notes that are not flagged (legacy templates/projects prior to implementing the rollover flags) get copied.
      1. On the new project, we set the flag to Permanent, and user can adjust as necessary.
   5. We do not copy any expired or inactive notes, regardless of the note rollover flag.
