Maintenance Views

Under the Taskflow tab, under Maintenance is the custom search for All Active projects w/ Completed Date. This custom search shows you any projects in your system that are inactive that are in a In Process status. this report will allow you to see any project with an Actual Completion Date date filled out to correct and either move to a Completed status or to Remove the Completion Date to bring the Project back to life on the Portlets within Practice ERP.

Under the Taskflow tab, under Maintenance is the custom Search Active Projects (Inactive Clients). in this custom search you can see all Active Projects that are associated with Inactive Clients. This search also allows you to Inactivate the project directly from this report.

Located under the Taskflow tab, under maintenance, is the Projects ready to Delete Custom Search. In this search you can see all the projects in the statuses of NLC (No longer Current) & No Longer Project/ To be Deleted.

Located under the Taskflow tab under Maintenance there is the Templates Ready to Delete Custom Search. This search allows you to see any client templates you have updated to the statuses of NLC (No Longer Current) or No Longer Project/ To Be Deleted.
